  • How Do I Activate My eBook?
    IOS Activation: Open the iTunes Store app (not APP store) on you mobile device. If you don’t have it then download the app. Under the “Music” tap, scroll to the bottom and click on ‘Redeem’. Enter the purchase code provided and the book will download and appear in your iBooks app. Note. Users located in countries outside the distribution network for Apple`s iBooks will need to momentarily change their Apple ID location to one within the distribution network.   • How Do I Sync Across IOS Devices?
    To allow IOS to sync your eBook across devices ensure the following: You must use the same Apple ID across all devices. Go to ‘Settings’ on each of your devices and under ‘Books’ ensure ‘Reading Now’ and iCloud’ is enabled. Go back to ‘Settings’ and access your Apple ID and under ‘iCloud’ ensure ‘Books’ is enabled. Finally go back to ‘Settings’ and under ‘iTunes & App Store’ ensure ‘Books & Audiobooks’ are enabled to allow automatic download and syncing.
  • My Code Is No Longer Valid?
    This error shows up if the country registred for the apple ID is outside the destribution area for Apple iBooks. This is however easily fixed by momentaroly changing the country to an approved country like United States.
