This lesson covers some very important parts of procedure training. Prior to commencing the simulator training, pilots should understand the concept of the procedures and their unique design as well as standard phraseology and task sharing rules. This lesson covers how procedures are designed, how they are to be used, when they are used and most importantly who is to implement them. Good procedure training is the key for good CRM in the cockpit.
